This is a luxurious hotel in a great location in Kobe (a short walk to the waterfront and Chinatown). The room was one of the biggest we've had on our trip and it was clean and comfortable. We had a very nice view of the hills of Kobe, but I wish we'd had the waterfront facing room to enjoy the night view and lights. If you are on the hills side, you will enjoy live soft piano music during the day coming from a bank on the street below! The breakfast was delicious, especially their famous French toast - a must if you are lucky to go early, as they do run out. The staff were helpful and polite and efficiently organized the shipping of our luggage to our next hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much.

I hope to return sometime soon, as our stay wasn’t long enough. The room is spotlessly clean, spacious, and the extra large bed very comfortable. Excellent shower and deep bath, well supplied with toiletries robe slippers etc. Decor with a nod to the past, with wooden shutters and furniture. Great bar on top floor, excellent and abundant breakfast. Gym was well fitted out and not busy. Location with easy access to public transport, restaurants, etc. All staff are well trained, professional and polite. Value for money? Best in a long time.

Good location; within walking distance to shopping, China Town, JR train station . Convenient parking & complimentary . Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious & clean . Staff were super friendly & very helpful. Many can converse well in English . Special kudos to K . Yamada. Upon request , he recommended us a good Japanese restaurant , and went the extra mile to call them for a reservation, and realising that they don’t speak Japanese or have an English menu , he proactively printed a English translation of the menu for us to bring along & and it was a great help .

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely this hotel is. It has a New York jazzy feel to it, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The location is also perfect, right in the middle of the most luxurious part of Kobe and very close to Daimaru. We travelled with my one year old and the hotel provided diapers, wet wipes and baby toothbrush in the room. Very thoughtful and will definitely choose to stay here again for my next Kobe trip!

The location was great with shops, station, restaurants all within easy walking distance. The views were amazing especially from the lobby and restaurant areas. Lots of space to just sit and take in the view. Rooms comfortable, clean and well cared for. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom. Great breakfast buffet with something for everyone no matter what you like for breakfast. Good Japanese options too. We stayed 4 nights.

Amazing hotel, very spacious room and very design, with fantastic view on the harbor. The room is close walk distance to the harbor and any restaurants if you don’t fancy have a dinner at the hotel restaurant itself on the top. The service of the hotel is fantastic, helping you to get your luggages down to the ground floor. The amenities are great as well: they will provide with coffee pods from Nespresso and water bottles. Extra beauty products are available in the room.

Facilities are well maintained and it was very clean. Room is spacious. Staff is attentive and willing to help for any questions. Location is good and easy to reach, very modern, but very quiet in the evening.
